Warranty

BIC SPORT offers a 12-month warranty against defects resulting from faulty manufacture or materials. The warranty comes into effect upon purchase date but is limited to the following conditions:

The warranty is valid only if the boat has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s intentions for this type of boat and will be limited to “normal use” only.

Accidents, abuse, negligence or faulty installation of any additional parts which do not conform to the original intended use of the boat will not be covered by this warranty.

The warranty extends only to the initial purchaser.

he warranty is not valid without proof of purchase, which must include the date of purchase, name of purchaser and serial number of the boat.

All warranty claims must be made through the authorised outlet where the boat was originally purchased and passed to BIC SPORT or its appointed agents without delay.

Any repair or modification to the craft without BIC SPORT’S written agreement will cancel the warranty.
The decision of BIC SPORT is final.
